Roderic Rees is the Owner and Director of Cairns Adventure Group, a locally owned and operated Adventure Tourism company.
Roderic started as a dedicated Rafting Guide employee back in 2007 before ascending the management ranks and ultimately acquiring the rainforest tour and rafting business. Under his guidance and leadership, the company grew to be ‘Cairns Adventure Group’ with a portfolio that has now expanded to have nine market leading Adventure Tourism brands: Foaming Fury, Raging Thunder Adventures, RnR Rafting, Aussie Drifterz, Waterfall Wanderers, Active Tropics Explorer along with Bad Fishy, Cairns Boat Hire and Cairns River Cruises.
Through a mixture of acquisition and invention, the expansion of Cairns Adventure Group, is underpinned by clear growth strategy, vision and company mission, mixed with a strong desire to create jobs and financially support the region’s economic sustainability.
