Local company, Elite Executive recently expanded into Brisbane with a new office. Founder and Managing Director, Eva Grabner said she had been planning the move for some time due to the demand for high level recruitment and search services in the south east region of the state. Paul Ryan has been appointed as the Manager of the office based at 1 Eagle Street.
"I have been seeking the right person with values that align with our organisation for some time now and Paul stood out amongst others interviewed. He has significant national and international experience and brings new skills to the company."
Ms Grabner plans on expanding the Brisbane office further in the New Year but that the business will remain "an exclusive, boutique organisation that offers a more personal service to our clients". "We have no plans to grow too large as our success has been due to the strong relationships we have built with our loyal and repeating clients".
Mr Ryan joins the organisation with 20 years' experience in technology, resources, energy, utilities and both state and local government. "Our clients are increasingly instructing us to search, select and recruit professionals with specific skills in the industrial and utility and renewal energy spaces, including solar, wind and hydro" he said.
Ms Grabner, a proud Cairns resident for over 16 years, has emphasized that their Head Office will remain Cairns-based and currently have a local team of experts working on interim and permanent positions that are locally based. "We welcome the opportunity to work with new clients that are focused on employing leaders to grow and expand their businesses".
