The 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cairns Chamber of Commerce will be held on Tuesday 22 March 2022 at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino between 10:45am - 11:30am.

Voting & Eligibility at the AGM
Please note the following criteria for voting eligibility:
- To vote at the AGM, you must be a current financial member of the Cairns Chamber of Commerce. A member is not entitled to vote at the AGM if their annual subscription is in arrears two (2) days prior to the date of the AGM.
- Only one (1) representative per organisation can vote at the AGM
The Cairns Chamber provides the following voting options for current financial members at the 2022 Annual General Meeting:
- Register online to attend the AGM in-person. A ballot paper will be given to one (1) representative from each organisation attending on the day.
- Proxy voting is available. To ascertain a proxy voting form, email . Proxy votes must be received by no later than 10:45am on Friday 18 March 2022.
