Results from the latest CCIQ-Suncorp Pulse Survey show a slight improvement in sentiment as the worst period ever encountered by businesses in Far North Queensland (FNQ) continues.
The sentiment during the June quarter reflects the the COVID-19 forced closures (commencing March 2020), but also the phase one and two easing of restrictions in the months of May and June.
Businesses in FNQ continue to have the lowest businesses confidence levels in Queensland as a result of international travel bans and constrained turnover.
