DESCRIPTION:Give your team the skills to respond confidently in an emergency. This St John Ambulance accredited course is a half-day\, face-to-face session covering nationally recognised first aid and CPR training -ideal for small business owners and teams. Gain the nationally recognised units of competency – HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation\, HLTAID010 – Provide Basic Emergency Life Support and HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid. \n\n\n\nWhy It Matters for Your Business\n\n\n\nUnder the Work Health and Safety Regulation (Clause 42)\, a person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure the provision of first aid equipment\, that each worker has access to that equipment and to facilities for administering first aid\, and that an adequate number of workers are trained to administer first aid. Yet smaller operators often lack the scale\, time or budget to organise this independently\, and first aid training is frequently deprioritised in the aftermath of a disaster\, when cash flow and operational recovery take precedence.
