Are you a procurement professional wanting to know more about social procurement? Are you looking to include social procurement opportunities in your contracts? Learn from the experts at the North Queensland Social Procurement Forum and Market Day on 10 March 2016.
Today’s leading organisations are using procurement to achieve social outcomes when they purchase goods and services. All organisations have the ability to make a difference through social procurement – whether it’s buying business cards or building infrastructure
This is an opportunity for government, industry and not-for-profits to come together and discuss how to leverage the Government's billions of procurement spend for social benefit.
Through this event we aim to enable the Northern Queensland region to benefit from better social procurement outcomes. This includes increasing awareness and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses, social enterprises and Australian disability enterprises to do business with government.

Strategic Consultant, Hiller Parry
