2022 Annual General Meeting

The 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cairns Chamber of Commerce will be held on Tuesday 22 March 2022 at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino between 10:45am - 11:30am.

Business matters of the meeting will include:

• receiving the association's financial statement, and audit report, for the last reportable financial year;
• presenting the financial statement and audit report to the meeting for adoption;
• electing members of the management committee; and
• appointing an auditor for the present financial year.

Proxy voting is available at this AGM. To ascertain a proxy voting form, email email/executiveservices)(cairnschamber.com.au. Proxy voting forms must be received by no later than 10:45am on Friday 18 March 2022.

To vote at the AGM, you must be a current member of the Cairns Chamber of Commerce. A member is not entitled to vote at the AGM if their annual subscription is in arrears two (2) days prior to the date of the AGM. Not a member? CLICK HERE. More than one (1) person can attend the AGM per organisation, however only one (1) representative per organisation can vote at the AGM.
