Sally Mlikota has been the Managing Partner of CBC Staff Selection since 2004, and has established an enviable reputation within the recruitment industry by consistently delivering a personalised and comprehensive service to both clients and candidates. Sally's approach to recruitment is based on a choice of ethical values and reputation and she is highly regarded as a leader in her profession. Sally is recognised as a business owner who has a great work/life balance and the unique ability to empower her team.
Sally gained a BA Hons in the UK, before commencing a career as a Recruitment Consultant in London, Hong Kong and then Sydney, prior to relocating to Cairns in 1999. More recently, Sally has undertaken the director course with AICD and is now a Graduate, which has open up a directors role on the national recruitment consultants membership board, RCSA.
Having stepped down from the Cairns Business Women’s Club as President, after a three year maximum term, she is keen to continue to add value to another high profile business focused membership group in Cairns.
