The Cairns Chamber presents a mix of opportunities for members to build their business, some of which will be of greater interest to you than others. Always read your monthly eNoticeboard, eNewsletter and event notifications to stay on top of our offerings to you. The population of the Cairns Regional Council area is 172,890. The Townsville City Council population is 191,119, giving a difference of around 18,000. When we look at the FNQ population, we have 280,952 compared to the North Queensland (based around Townsville) population of 237,461, giving us a greater regional population of around 43,000. Yes you can. There are many opportunities throughout the year to become a sponsor of a Cairns Chamber event or activity.
