There's no business without small business!

The Small Business sector (organisations employing less than 20 employees) is the cornerstone of our local economy and the vulnerability of this sector has hugely affected our community's confidence, and steadied growth and further prosperity within the region. Significant stress in the small business sector in Cairns also has major implications for the broader FNQ&TS economy. All levels of government and local leaders need to focus their attention to rebuilding small business support and reform in the region and small businesses need to adopt new mind-sets to help themselves and each other.
